Constructech is a South African based privately owned company that was established in 2016 with the goal of taking the current flagship in construction and growing it within the Southern Africa region by providing the trust and quality that our customers have learnt to rely on.
We specialise in Civil Construction and General Building for clients in the Governmental, Commercial and Residential Sectors. The strong growth of Constructech has been built on a foundation of consistently delivering construction projects to the highest standards. Since beginning as a small civil construction contractor in 2016, we have demonstrated an unbeaten track record for delivering high quality civil projects to our world class clients.
Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.
Today, Constructech takes on the role of main contractor for small to large projects and performs project management services to coordinate specialist trades for commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.
Our objective is to provide our clients with a professional and low stress experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that the client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.
We perform residential maintenance projects on private homes as well as Body Corporates. We have gained a reputation for doing high quality work with great customer satisfaction. Commercial maintenance projects include complete interior and exterior building maintenance as well as construction of buildings.
Renovations, Additions and Alterations are our specialty. No project is too small for us and we don’t compromise on quality. We work hand in hand with appointed interior designers, direct contractors and other professionals to achieve remarkable results.

Verusha is one of the founders of Constructech and has since then completed a number of projects, each with a value of between R1m and R50m. her qualification in Business Management and Leadership and management has equipped her with the ability to cope with the demands of a constantly changing industry. Her ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, to motivate her team and to think laterally under all circumstances, has ensured that Constructech’s clients are always provided with the best possible solution and product. Her previous experience, of over 6 years, in the commercial department equips her for her financial responsibility in the company, including the timely appointment of contractors and the formulation of reporting and change control formats to streamline the cost control process. She understands the importance of achieving your vision within any budgetary constraints and has strong relationships with our supply chain to guarantee best value is maintained for you. Verusha works closely with our Project Managers to ensure that all projects stay financially “on track” and that project cost accounting records that are clear, concise and easily

Keegan is an experienced Managing Director with a strong track record in managing and delivering projects successfully. Keegan has a flexible attitude toward project delivery and always ensures that Client requirements are incorporated into the programme without jeopardising quality. He is a very much a ‘hands-on’ manager, and has ultimate responsibility for the successful completion of the construction project and works closely with his teams. Keegan has an excellent professional reputation and has built strong external client relations throughout his career. He has excelled in bringing together project teams and delivering high quality projects. During his tenure he has been responsible for
leading and directing various projects and company operations and is responsible
for operational leadership and driving the strategic plan to advance the company’s
mission and objectives. His belief is that it is absolutely critical that we are able to
provide quality construction services for our customers no matter how big or how
small the project is.

Solomon has developed into an experienced Projects Manager who has a good construction background together with site management experience to assist him in effectively overseeing projects for clients. He is a reliable and valued team member at Constructech and strives to complete all his project on time and within the client’s budget. His receptiveness to input and commitment to client satisfaction guarantee quality deliverables in a seamless transition from project initiation to completion. He ensures successful completion of all his projects by proactively managing the process and identifying potential challenges early on. This approach allows him to not only ensure the highest standard of work for each project, but also to create the best experience for each client through honest and effective communication and project adaptability.
